These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services made available through the website pelmsbet.com in its Palms Bet configuration ("Website") and your use of any betting or gaming products offered on it. By registering an account or placing a bet you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and were last updated on 6 November 2025.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply whether used in the singular or plural.

- User or you means any natural person who accesses the Website, creates an account, places a bet, participates in a promotion or otherwise uses any services provided through the Website.
- Player means a User with a registered and active gambling account on the Website.
- Account means a personal online gambling account registered in your name on the Website, used to access services, place bets, deposit and withdraw funds.
- Website means the online platform accessible via pelmsbet.com through which the Operator provides betting, casino and related services in the Palms Bet configuration.
- Bet or Wager means any stake placed by you on a sports event, casino game, virtual game or any other product offered on the Website, irrespective of the outcome.
- Game(s) means any sports betting markets, casino games, slots, live casino games, virtual sports, or other gambling products made available on the Website.
- Bonus means any promotional value granted by the Operator, including free bets, free spins, deposit match offers, cashback, loyalty points or similar, which may be subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
- Bonus Funds means any funds in your Account that derive from a Bonus and are subject to specific wagering or release conditions.
- Real Money Balance means funds that you have deposited into your Account, plus any winnings derived from such funds (and, once fully unlocked, from Bonuses), that are not subject to ongoing wagering requirements.
- Wagering Requirements means the total amount you must stake in qualifying bets before Bonus Funds (and any associated winnings) convert into Real Money Balance.

Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Legal age: You may only open an Account and use the Website if you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your country of residence. By registering, you expressly confirm that you meet these requirements.
- UK-specific note: The Operator does not hold a gambling licence from the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC). If you are resident in the United Kingdom, you are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Website does not breach any laws that apply to you. UK-specific regulatory protections, including GamStop, UK-recognised ADR schemes and certain UK consumer rights, do not apply to your relationship with the Operator.

Registration Process

- Single account rule: You may hold only one Account with the Operator for the Palms Bet configuration. Duplicate, shared or third-party Accounts are strictly prohibited and may lead to closure and potential forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings associated with them.
Verification, KYC and the "EGN" Requirement
- Identity verification: Before allowing withdrawals, and at any other time at its discretion, the Operator may require you to provide acceptable KYC documents, such as a copy of your passport or national ID, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of source of funds.
- Bulgarian regulatory obligations: The Operator's core licences are issued by the Bulgarian National Revenue Agency (NRA) under licence numbers 000030-1061 (sports betting) and 000030-5530 (casino games). To comply with these licences and related tax rules, Players who are Bulgarian residents may be required to provide a Bulgarian Civil Identification Number (EGN). Accounts where a Bulgarian EGN is required but not provided may be suspended or closed.
- Non-Bulgarian players and manual review: Accounts registered without a Bulgarian EGN, including where "Other nationality" is selected, may be subject to enhanced manual review upon first deposit or at any later point. This may result in temporary restrictions, additional documentation requests or, where regulatory rules do not permit continued service, closure of the Account with any Real Money Balance returned to you, subject to applicable verification rules.
- Consequences of non-compliance: If you fail to provide required KYC information, provide false or misleading information, or the Operator cannot reasonably verify your identity, age, residency or source of funds, the Operator may refuse deposits, block bets, suspend or close your Account and, where legally permitted, void Bonuses and winnings arising from non-verified activity.
Account Security and User Obligations
- Accuracy of information: You must ensure that all information you provide during registration and throughout your relationship with the Operator is complete, accurate and kept up to date. You must promptly update your Account details if your circumstances change.
- Login credentials: You must keep your username, password and any other security credentials strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, unless the Operator has failed to implement reasonable security measures.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, you must notify the Operator as soon as reasonably possible using the contact methods provided on the Website and change your password immediately.
- Prohibited use: You must not use the Website for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, funding terrorism, fraudulent activity, collusion or any conduct that violates applicable law or these Terms. The Operator may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities and may freeze or close your Account pending investigation.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets and Game Participation
- Funding requirement: You may place Bets only if your Account holds sufficient available funds in your Real Money Balance or eligible Bonus Funds. The Operator may set minimum and maximum stake limits per Bet or per Game, which are displayed on the Website or within each Game interface.
- Bet acceptance: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted only when it has been registered on the Operator's servers and appears in your betting history with a unique transaction identifier. If any dispute arises about whether a Bet was placed, the Operator's transaction logs, as audited where applicable, will be conclusive in the absence of manifest error.
- Game rules: Each Game or betting product is governed by its own specific rules (for example, sport-specific rules, slot game paytables, live dealer procedures). These rules are made available within the relevant Game or section of the Website and form part of these Terms. In case of conflict, the specific Game rules prevail over general provisions.
Bet Cancellation, Modification and Settlement
- No unilateral cancellation: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted by the Operator, you may not cancel or modify it. The Operator may, in its discretion, cancel or void Bets where required for technical, regulatory or integrity reasons.
- Obvious error: If a Bet is accepted at odds or with a stake that is clearly incorrect due to an obvious and recognisable error (for example, inverted prices or materially misstated lines), the Operator may void the Bet or settle it at the correct odds that should have applied. In such circumstances, the Operator's liability is limited to a refund of the stake or the corrected settlement, as applicable.
- Event outcomes: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or Game provider at the time of settlement. Subsequent corrections to results (for example, by sports authorities) will not generally affect settled Bets unless the specific rules for that market state otherwise.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Multiplayer Environments
- Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully towards dealers, other players and staff in all live casino, chat or multiplayer environments. Abusive, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, obscene or otherwise inappropriate language or behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in chat restrictions, suspension or Account closure.
- Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots or automated tools, exploitation of software bugs, multi-accounting or other unfair practices. The Operator may monitor gameplay and transaction patterns and may suspend or close Accounts, void Bets or confiscate winnings where it reasonably determines that fraud or collusion has taken place, subject to applicable law.
- Technical manipulation: Any attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the Website or Games (including denial-of-service attacks, manipulation of the client interface or use of unauthorised software) is strictly forbidden and will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms and, where appropriate, reported to relevant authorities.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Conditions
- Separate terms: Each Bonus, promotion or loyalty offer made available on the Website is subject to these general Bonus Terms and any specific rules published with the offer. In case of conflict, the specific promotional terms will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are offered at the Operator's discretion and may be limited to particular Players, territories, payment methods or products. The Operator may withhold or withdraw a Bonus if it reasonably believes that you are ineligible or have breached these Terms.
- Bonus funds vs. real money: Unless expressly stated otherwise, your Real Money Balance is used before your Bonus Funds when placing Bets. Winnings from Bonus Funds may initially be credited as Bonus Funds and remain subject to Wagering Requirements until unlocked.
Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation: Some Bonuses activate automatically when you meet the qualifying criteria (for example, making an eligible deposit), while others may require you to opt in, use a bonus code or select the offer during registration or deposit. Activation conditions are stated in the relevant promotion description.
- Wagering multipliers: Unless otherwise specified in the promotional rules, deposit match and similar Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 35 times (35x) the Bonus amount before Bonus Funds and any associated winnings become withdrawable as Real Money Balance. Different promotions may specify higher or lower wagering multipliers.
- Time limits: Wagering Requirements must typically be completed within a specific period (for example, 30 days) from the date the Bonus is credited. Failure to meet the Wagering Requirements within the relevant timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
Prohibited Games, Bets and Actions
- Game contribution: Not all Games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements. For example, slot games may contribute 100%, selected table games may contribute a lower percentage, and certain Games or bet types may be excluded entirely. - Irregular play: The following may be considered "irregular play" and may result in the cancellation of Bonuses and associated winnings: placing single or multiple Bets that cover a high proportion of outcomes to minimise risk, using Bonus Funds to place large stakes followed by disproportionately small stakes, or deliberately delaying or manipulating game rounds (for example, in certain slot or bonus buy features).
- Maximum stake while wagering: The Operator may impose a maximum allowable stake per spin or game round while a Bonus is active (for example, an amount equivalent to a modest fraction of the Bonus value). Bets above this limit placed before Wagering Requirements are met may be treated as ineligible and related winnings may be voided, as specified in the promotional rules.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Abuse
- Non-stacking rule: Unless expressly allowed, Bonuses cannot be combined or "stacked." Only one active deposit Bonus may be in play on your Account at any time for the same product. Attempting to circumvent this rule by opening multiple Accounts or using linked payment instruments may be treated as Bonus abuse.
- Bonus abuse: The Operator may withhold, cancel or reclaim any Bonus (and any associated winnings) and may suspend or close your Account if it reasonably believes that you have engaged in Bonus abuse, including opening multiple Accounts, colluding with other players, adopting risk-free wagering patterns or using third-party services to exploit promotions.
- Right to amend or withdraw: The Operator may amend or withdraw any promotion at any time in accordance with the section "Changes to Terms" below, but will honour any rights that have already vested (for example, Bonuses already credited and used) unless required by law or regulatory direction to do otherwise.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Treatment of Bets and Bonuses
- General rule: Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise in these Terms, deposits are non-refundable once used for placing Bets. Winnings from settled Bets are final, subject to the provisions on obvious error and technical failure.
- Chargebacks: If a card issuer or payment provider reverses a deposit (chargeback), the Operator may suspend or close your Account, offset the outstanding amount against your Real Money Balance or future deposits, and, where necessary, recover any funds or winnings already withdrawn that are attributable to the reversed deposit.
- Refund of Bets and Bonuses: In the event of cancelled events, voided markets, or confirmed technical faults preventing the completion of a Game round, the Operator may refund the relevant stake, reinstate affected Bonuses or adjust your Account balance to reflect a fair outcome, acting reasonably and in line with the applicable Game rules and regulatory obligations.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations and Service Level
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator is committed to offering Games and betting products that operate fairly and in accordance with their published rules. Where required by its licences, Game outcomes are provided or audited by appropriately certified third-party providers.
- Accuracy of information: While the Operator strives to ensure that odds, event information, Game descriptions and results are accurate, occasional errors or omissions may occur. In such cases, the Operator will act reasonably to correct the error, void or adjust affected Bets and minimise any unfair advantage or disadvantage, in accordance with these Terms.
- Continuous service: The Operator aims to keep the Website and services available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, network congestion, failures of third-party systems or other events beyond the Operator's reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
Exclusions and Limitations
- No indirect damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or reputational harm, arising from or in connection with your use of the Website.
- Technical failures: The Operator is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from failures of your equipment, internet connection, telecommunications networks, or third-party software. If a Game round is interrupted due to technical issues on the Operator's side, the Operator will act fairly, for example by restoring the Game state, voiding affected Bets or crediting the appropriate funds, in line with the applicable Game rules.
- Maximum compensation: In any case where the Operator is found liable to you in connection with a specific Bet, Game or transaction, its maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of the stake placed on that Bet, or, in the case of ongoing account-level issues, the lesser of (a) your net deposits during the preceding 30 days and (b) an objectively reasonable amount having regard to the circumstances and applicable law.
UK-Specific Regulatory Limitations

Changes to Terms
Updating These Terms

- Notice: Where reasonably possible and not prohibited by law or regulatory instructions, the Operator will notify you of the reasons for suspension or closure and of any steps you may take to remedy the situation or to request further review.
Effect of Termination and Treatment of Funds
- Player-initiated closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the Operator using the contact options on the Website. Before closure, you may request withdrawal of any eligible Real Money Balance, subject to verification and applicable withdrawal rules.
- Balances on closure: Upon closure of your Account (whether initiated by you or the Operator), any remaining Real Money Balance will, where legally and contractually permissible, be returned to you using a suitable payment method. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that are still subject to Wagering Requirements may be forfeited.
- Serious breaches: In cases of serious breach (for example, proven fraud, collusion, abuse of chargebacks or criminal conduct), the Operator may, to the extent permitted by law, void Bets, confiscate Bonuses and winnings and retain funds to offset any damages, costs or liabilities incurred, and may report the matter to relevant authorities.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Bulgarian law: These Terms, your Account and all Bets and transactions made via the Website are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply under the laws of your country of residence where such rules cannot be derogated from by agreement.
- International use: By using the Website from outside Bulgaria, including from the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that the services are primarily operated under Bulgarian licences and regulatory frameworks. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing the services from your location is lawful.
Dispute Resolution and Courts
- Internal complaints: If you have a complaint, you should first contact the Operator using the details in the "Contact Information" section. The Operator will attempt to resolve the matter fairly and within a reasonable time.
- Regulator and ADR limitations: The Operator's Bulgarian regulator, the National Revenue Agency (NRA), and its Kenyan regulator, the BCLB, regulate the Operator's licensed activities but may not have jurisdiction to resolve individual disputes with non-Bulgarian or non-Kenyan Players, including those resident in the UK. No UK-recognised Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme is currently designated for the Operator.
- Court jurisdiction: Subject to any non-excludable rights you may have to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the services shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bulgaria. This means that you or the Operator may bring proceedings in Bulgaria and, where permitted by applicable law, potentially in other appropriate jurisdictions.
